Tracking shows delivery failure?

Delivery failure can happen due to various reasons, such as:

• Incorrect shipping address
• Receiver absence
• No safe place for delivery
• Unable to contact the receiver
• Or other unforeseen circumstances

If your tracking shows delivery failure or you've received our delivery failure notification email, don’t worry! Here’s what to do:

Important: Depending on the courier and region, some packages are returned to our overseas warehouse due to delivery failure and can only be redelivered once returned. Please contact us with the correct shipping address, and we’ll arrange redelivery as soon as the package is back at the warehouse.
