We want you to love your Leyadoll! Here’s what you need to know about returns:
📦 If Your Doll Is Personalized / Shipped / Delivered (But Unused)
- You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- For personalized products (name-printed dolls/backpacks), the product will be arranged for personalization within 6 to 12 hours after placing the order. Due to the specificity of the personalized product, once the product finished personalization, if you apply for a refund, you will be charged up to 40% restocking fee. (this is withheld from refund).
- For the 40% restocking fee, please understand that any personalized items are not able to be resold, if you have decided to take a refund, please reject this package when it arrives. Once returned, we will donate the doll in your (or your child’s) name to children in need in Indonesia, China, and Sri Lanka. Your restocking fee will help cover shipping and spread love to the world. The restocking fee you offered will cover the shipping cost and helps us spread your love to the world.
- For dolls without quality issues, Leyadoll does not provide return postage.
🚫 Limited edition products cannot be refunded or returned unless they are faulty upon arrival.
🧸 If Your Doll Has Been Used
- We do not accept returns unless there is an extreme case of breakage or malfunction.
- Please email us at help@leyadoll.com for return authorization before sending anything back! Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, and you’ll have to cover the shipping to get the item back.
If your return is approved and passes inspection, you may receive an exchange or a refund.
