Order processing time

▶ In-stock orders 

•  Personalized Orders:
  Due to personalized Doll/Backpack requiring 1-2 business days to be produced, all orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days of receipt.
   
•  Non-Personalized Orders:
  If you did not enter a custom name on the product page or did not specify "no personalization," we will contact you via the email address provided at checkout to confirm your preference. Once we receive your confirmation, we will ship your order as soon as possible.
  
   

▶ Pre-order items 

• Shipping Timeline:
  Pre-sale items are not available for immediate dispatch. They will be shipped after the pre-order period ends.
   
• Mixed Orders:
  If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready.
   
• Heads-Up:
  A clear pre-order message is displayed on each relevant product page. Please check this notice before completing your order.
