We offer a 24-hour window for you to make changes to your order, including:
Product Changes: Swap to another product of equal value or cancel part of your order.
Personalization Changes: Update any customizations.
Shipping Address: Update your shipping details.
Once the product in your order is being personalized or dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
Adding Products
If you'd like to add items to your order, we cannot modify the existing order. Instead, place a new order and contact us with both order numbers. To ship together, please ensure the second order is placed within 24 hours of the first.
Billing Address
Unfortunately, we cannot change the billing address after the order is placed. However, we will ensure the package is shipped to the correct shipping address listed on your order.
Payment Method Changes
We can't change your payment method or card once the payment is complete. If you'd like to cancel the order and reorder with a different payment method, please contact us at help@leyadoll.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
